This is where most of our leaders started. You will learn brand strategy, customer psychology, and campaign execution by doing it — in the field, with a mentor beside you, from week one.
What you'll do
- Represent national brands in face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Deliver product presentations that educate and convert
- Gather live market feedback and report daily results
- Learn campaign metrics: conversion, CPA, and retention
- Train alongside team leaders in daily development sessions
